QuickBooks® Training Workshops
I’ve heard it many times; people that have taken a QuickBooks® training class have come away feeling like they have wasted their time and money. This is because most of the training classes are too broad based and many of the functions QuickBooks® offers are above and beyond the fundamentals you need to know to get started – especially if you are not an accountant. I’ve been working with QuickBooks® for 19 years and training clients for 15 years. I’ve developed a successful method of training so that even the most unacquainted QuickBooks® users are able to understand and use the essential tools to meet their daily business bookkeeping needs.
Small and Personalized
My workshops are small, four to five participants, designed to provide you with the basic knowledge about the day-to-day functions of QuickBooks® and give you plenty of time to actually create and start using your QuickBooks® company file. There will be ample time for hands-on work with your own information. Each participant will be surveyed ahead of time to find out past QuickBooks experience, the QuickBooks® version being used, nature of your business, and the current status of your QuickBooks® data file. Once this information is obtained, you’ll be provided with a list of documentation to bring with you to the class to use during workshop time.
Tax Expertise
In setting up and using your QuickBooks® company file, the goal of generating information necessary to prepare accurate and complete tax returns is paramount. My workshops incorporate nearly 20 years of experience preparing tax returns from financial statements generated from QuickBooks®.
